Cheryl Flynn

Cheryl Flynn, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources leadership roles. Cheryl began their career at Sky Chefs in 1995 as the Corporate Vice President of Compensation & Benefits, where they implemented world-wide compensation and benefits programs. In 2001, they transitioned to LSG Sky Chefs, serving as the SVP of Human Resources for the Americas Region, overseeing HR activities for 90+ sites in North and South America. Cheryl later took on the role of Global SVP of HR Rewards, Technology, and Design, responsible for total rewards systems and HRIS for 175 locations in 22 countries. In 2006, Cheryl joined NCH Corporation as the Chief Human Resources Officer, providing strategic HR support to multiple business units with a focus on employee engagement and talent development. Currently, they serve as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Methodist Health System.

Cheryl Flynn, SPHR attended Penn State University with an unspecified degree and field of study. Cheryl obtained a certification from SHRM in 2015, earning the title of SHRM-SCP.
