Junji Chen

Junji Chen is a Certified Nursing Assistant currently employed at Methodist Retirement Communities since August 2022, previously working at Amada Senior Care in the same role from April to August 2022. In these positions, Junji provided essential support to seniors in daily living activities such as hygiene care, vital checks, and meal preparation. Junji also has diverse experience in the food service industry, having worked as a cook at Oh My Gogi! Truck and as a server at Eggcellence and Jimmy Changas, where multitasking and efficiency were key. Earlier experience includes lifeguarding at Bearfoot Lifeguard, where Junji developed important first aid and communication skills, and serving as a soccer referee at Shadow Creek Sports. Junji is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University, expected to graduate in June 2025, after completing high school at Shadow Creek HS.
