Pavel Pastushenko

Pavel Pastushenko has extensive experience in the field of IT management and system administration. Pavel has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 2000 to 2008, they worked as the Head of the system administration team at Khartcyzsk Tube works, where they were responsible for network and system infrastructure, as well as the implementation of various enterprise projects. In 2008, they joined INTERPIPE as a Lead Application Engineer. In 2009, they joined Metinvest as the Lead System Administrator and later became the Head of the IT Department. In these roles, they were responsible for managing virtual and hardware servers, data storage, backup systems, and various IT platforms. Pavel also led projects involving the implementation and migration of infrastructure systems. In 2019, they joined Metinvest Digital as the Head of Virtualization and Management Department, where they had the responsibility of migrating the company's IT infrastructure to Azure.

Pavel Pastushenko attended Donetsk National Technical University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a degree in Economics-Finance from the same university.

Furthermore, Pavel has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching. In 2010, they obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), and Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professional from National Security Systems, Inc. Additionally, in 2011, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice).

Moving forward, in 2022, Pavel obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid," "Exam Tips: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)," and "Leadership Tips, Tactics and Advice." Most recently, in 2023, they acquired multiple certifications from Microsoft, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty," "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate," "Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate," and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert."
