Roman Ognevyuk

Roman Ognevyuk is an experienced legal and corporate governance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance at Metinvest since April 2021, focusing on M&A and corporate restructuring. Previously, Roman held the position of Chief Legal Officer at AST Agrarian and was a Partner at EnGarde Attorneys at Law, providing expertise in domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and compliance issues. Roman served as an independent expert on Ukrainian law at the UK High Court of Justice and has held various associate positions early in the career. Roman's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master of Laws from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
