Erin McLane-Gwin

Erin McLane-Gwin has a diverse work experience, primarily at Metis Consulting Group (Certified B Corporation®). Erin joined the company in September 2014 as a Marketing & Events Coordinator/Executive Assistant. Erin later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in November 2021, where they showcased their leadership skills. Currently, Erin holds the position of Chief of Staff, beginning in September 2022. Prior to their time at Metis Consulting Group, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Jowonio School from November 2007 to August 2014.

Erin McLane-Gwin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interpersonal Communication at the University of Hartford, from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended South Brunswick High School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period.
