Ralph Allen

Ralph Allen has extensive experience in technical intelligence and investigative services, currently serving as a Technical CI Officer at METIS Solutions, LLC since July 2018 and as the owner of Allen Technical Solutions, LLC since September 2016, offering freelance photography and educational services. Prior roles include being a Technical Expert at Pro2Serve from June 2016 to June 2018 and serving a distinguished 16-year tenure with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), culminating as a Special Agent and Division Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading a 22-member division in felony investigations and overseeing specialized technical services. Ralph Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from East Central University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design from Santa Fe Community College, along with additional education from the Community College of the Air Force.
