Jeremy Zerzan is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Owner of Encompass Construction Services LLC. since March 2020, Jeremy also holds the position of Estimator and Project Manager at METL-FAB, specializing in the Architectural Metal Division. Previous roles include Foreman at SGH Concepts, Project Manager at Stonebrook Roofing, and Project Engineer at BLAKE CEMER DRYWALL INC, among others. Jeremy has demonstrated a strong background in project management, estimating, and construction engineering, beginning with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
