Jose Midence

Jose Midence is an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in managing both Linux and Windows servers within virtualized environments. Since April 2014, Jose has held system administration roles at The Metropolitan Companies, Inc. and Metlang, where responsibilities include installing and monitoring networking equipment and troubleshooting server issues. Prior technical support experience includes positions as a Technical Support Specialist at the aforementioned companies and a Computer Support Specialist at Entechserv, providing IT support and installations for various client businesses. Additionally, Jose served in the United States Marine Corps from July 2011 to August 2017, and briefly worked at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2013.
