Ioanna Pappa

Ioanna Pappa is an experienced professional in talent management, learning, and development, currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning and Development at MYTILINEOS S.A. since November 2023. Previously, Ioanna held the position of Group Head of Leadership Development at Merlin Entertainments from December 2019 to October 2023, overseeing the leadership development initiatives for all global leaders. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Virgin Media and Diageo, where Ioanna focused on technical learning, talent strategy, and training implementation across multiple markets. Ioanna holds a Master's degree in Visual and Performing Arts and has pursued multiple professional development qualifications, including a postgraduate diploma in executive coaching from Henley Business School.
