The Leadership Team at Metlen Energy & Metals is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring corporate governance across the company's global operations. The team includes the Chairman & CEO who leads overall strategy and decision-making, the Regional Managing Director for North America overseeing regional operations, the Chief Corporate Affairs & Communication Officer managing external relations and communications, the Chief People Officer focusing on the company’s human resources, and the Chief Treasury & IR Officer handling financial strategy and investor relations.
