Diana Berstein

Diana Berstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service leadership. Currently, Diana serves as the Regional VP of Customer Service & Operations at MetLife and holds the position of Board President at PreviRed. Diana has also been a member of the Board at PreviRed since November 2018. Additionally, Diana holds the role of VP of Operations and Customer Service at MetLife Chile and previously served as Chief Operations Officer at ProVida AFP. With a strong background at Telefónica, Diana held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Technical Operations and Head of Commercial Operations. Educational credentials include a Business & Administration degree from Universidad de Chile, a Marketing and Value Creation Diploma from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an upcoming executive MBA alternative from Harvard Business School.
