Kamel Fangouri

Kamel Fangouri is a seasoned professional in data governance and HR analytics with extensive experience at MetLife Gulf and its predecessor companies. Currently serving as the Data Governance & Reporting Manager at MetLife Gulf since January 2022, Kamel leads the Data Governance Council, focusing on strategic data initiatives and compliance in a regulated environment. Previously, Kamel held various pivotal roles at MetLife, including Data Governance Manager and Talent Digitization Lead, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing global HR databases, implementing advanced analytics for workforce strategy, and transforming HR reporting through centralized models and data-driven initiatives. Kamel's career began at NGA Human Resources and ALICO, where skills in HR systems and report development were honed. Educational background includes a Master of Engineering from ENSGSI and participation in an exchange program at Université Laval.
