Arvind Jena

Arvind Jena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and process migration across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Delivery at MetLife since February 2008, Arvind established the business process migration capability, successfully migrating over 400 processes to India and Mexico. Prior experience includes leading migrations and operations for Honeywell’s global shared service operation and managing operations and migrations at GE, where significant projects were executed from various European countries to Budapest. Arvind began a career in the Indian Navy as a Lieutenant, specializing in Gunnery and Navigation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the National Defence Academy.
