Benjamin Perryman

Benjamin Perryman, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit for Data and AI at MetLife, following a robust career focused on data science and analytics. Previously, Benjamin held positions at MultiPlan, including Vice President of Data Services and Chief Data Scientist, where efforts were dedicated to creating data-driven solutions in healthcare. Prior to that, Benjamin spent over six years at MetLife, progressing from Senior Data Scientist to Assistant Vice President of Data Science Delivery, championing the business value of data science and fostering analytics partnerships across lines of business. Benjamin's earlier experience includes roles at SAS, the US Forest Service, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a strong academic background with a PhD in Operations Research, an MS in Mathematics, and a BS in Applied Mathematics.
