Cathy Shea

Cathy Shea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project portfolio management, strategic planning, and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Planning & Portfolio Management at MetLife since August 2015, Cathy leads a team focused on project management and data governance, while partnering with senior leadership to achieve enterprise objectives. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Religent Health, where software development projects were managed, and Senior Manager-Client Experience Group at Allscripts, where client satisfaction and issue resolution were prioritized. Cathy's career also includes significant contributions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where Cathy spearheaded business process improvements and change management initiatives. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Champlain College and East Carolina University.
