Dori Wilson Bright is currently the SVP of Global Customer Experience, Marketing Performance, Operations at MetLife. Prior to that, Dori founded The Bright Group LLC, offering marketing management consulting services to various companies. With a background in digital marketing and operations, Dori has held senior positions at Fiserv, First Data Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Deutsche Bank, American Express, and Aon. Dori holds a BA in Magazine Journalism and Psychology from Syracuse University.
