Douglas Kudler

Douglas Kudler is a seasoned actuary and consultant with extensive experience in financial management and employee benefits. Currently serving as Vice President & Actuary at MetLife since December 2013, Douglas leads a team responsible for the financial oversight of employee benefit plans, partnering with HR to assess plan designs and communicating financial impacts to management. Previously, as Vice President and Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt, Douglas provided strategic consulting to clients to address their HR and benefits challenges, while at Towers Watson, Douglas acted as a senior consultant focused on marketing and client engagement in the retirement practice. Douglas's career began at Kwasha Lipton, where management of consulting engagements and development of associates was a key focus. Douglas holds a B.S. and B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University at Albany.
