Janice Jensen

Janice Jensen, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and project management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Farmers Insurance since April 2021, Janice leads agency sales initiatives, strategic projects, and sales support functions. Prior to this role, Janice held multiple leadership positions at MetLife from 1999 to present, including Director of Sales Operations, where responsibilities encompassed project management for property and casualty sales, budget oversight, and training strategy. Janice began their career at The St. Paul Companies as a Personal Lines Underwriter and Claim Adjuster. Janice holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
