Jaymie Disaia

Jaymie DiSaia serves as the LTC Center of Excellence Manager at TheKey since April 2021, bringing extensive experience from a seven-year tenure at MetLife, where roles included Senior Quality Reviewer and Supervisor in LTC Benefit Authorization. At MetLife, Jaymie enhanced business processes, trained associates, and ensured compliance with regulations while managing complex claims and investigating potential fraud. Previous positions include personal assistant at Anne Mimi Sammis, LLC, and assistant manager at TripScaper, demonstrating strong organizational and client relationship skills. Jaymie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College and completed the Arts and Social Change Program at the School for International Training in Prague, Czech Republic.
