Mukund Chandrasekhar

Mukund Chandrasekhar is an accomplished technology and product management leader with extensive experience in customer service and relationship management platforms. Currently serving as Director at MetLife since November 2021, Mukund oversees the development of a cutting-edge service platform utilizing cloud and AI technologies. Previously, Mukund held the position of Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where leadership in designing and implementing a transformative customer service platform was key. Prior roles include Vice President at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where the technology roadmap for the Contact Center was established, and Director at Real Soft Inc, leading product development for an IP-enabled Contact Center practice. Early career experience includes roles in product management and engineering at Intervoice and Nortel Networks. Mukund holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business and an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, with additional education from Columbia University and The Wharton School.
