Niall Withington

Niall Withington is an experienced professional in data governance and business intelligence with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Data Governance Lead at MetLife since August 2020, Niall is responsible for developing and embedding data governance strategies across enterprise processes and systems. Prior roles include Business Intelligence Analyst at NSW Ports, IT Development Manager at Cancer Institute NSW, and IT Project and Development Manager at Cancer Council NSW, where Niall led critical projects and teams in business intelligence and IT systems. Niall’s experience also includes managerial positions at ING DIRECT Australia and Pillar Administration, along with a foundational role at Sony Music Entertainment as a Senior Developer. Niall holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems from Our Lady and St Patricks College.
