Noura Elkady Kurdian

Noura ElKady Kurdian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the Levant region at MetLife since February 2022, while also holding the position of Head of HR for Lebanon and Jordan since May 2020. Noura's HR career at MetLife began in November 2011 as HR Director, with earlier roles as Deputy Regional HR Director and HR Manager for Lebanon from October 2005 to November 2011. Prior experience includes a tenure at ALICO from 1993 to 2005 as Group Manager of Agency Services. Noura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the American University of Beirut.
