Selin Talgar

Selin Talgar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at MetLife, having served in various leadership roles since 2013, including Head of Customer Service & Operations and Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to these positions, Selin was the Head of Voluntary Benefits, Gulf, serving as Assistant Vice President from July 2018 to July 2019. Selin's career at MetLife also includes roles as Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Gulf region and participation in the Global Leadership Development Program, undertaking responsibilities such as Latin America Regional Innovation Champion and Europe, Middle East & Africa Product Marketing Director. Previous experience includes tenure at Booz & Company as a Summer Associate and positions in the supply chain at Mars and Unilever. Selin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree from Michigan State University.
