Claire Spencer has a wealth of work experience in the field of implementation management. Claire began their career in 2009 as a Graduate Project Support/ Junior Project Manager at Steria. In 2011, they moved to Visa Europe as an Implementation Consultant. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Worldpay, first as a Platform Consolidation Manager, then as an Implementation Director, and finally as an Implementation Manager. Since 2019, they have been employed at Navenio as a Customer Programme Manager and Implementation Team Manager.

Claire Spencer attended Saint Bede's College, Manchester from 1998 to 2005. Claire then went on to The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a BSc Hons in Computer Science from 2005 to 2009.
