Susannah Gillette

Susannah Gillette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Governance & Customer Protection at MetLife since August 2021, Susannah previously held multiple key roles at Citi from September 2010 to August 2021, including Head of Global Consumer Bank, Global Functions and LATAM Conduct Risk Management, where Susannah designed conduct risk management programs and ensured adherence to consumer fairness and fair lending standards. Prior to these roles, Susannah gained valuable experience in non-profit housing services and financial institutions, focusing on mortgage operations and community impact. Susannah holds an MBA in NonProfit Management and Real Estate from Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.
