Anna Lissaman

Anna Lissaman is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of People at Metlifecare since June 2022, Anna also provides consulting and governance services through Inside-Out Ltd. Previously, Anna held significant roles including Director of People & Talent at TVNZ where Anna led the people strategy, and served as a Council Member at the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand. Anna’s background includes strategic human resources positions at Mercury NZ, Auckland Council, House of Travel, Air New Zealand, and Swiss Bank Corporation, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR management and governance. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Post Graduate Diploma in English Honours from the University of Otago.
