Donald Quinn has held a number of roles in various companies since 2001. Donald began their career in the US Army as a Senior Equal Opportunity Advisor, a role in which they researched personnel practices and instructed over 15 two week Equal Opportunity Representative Courses. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Employment Coordinator and Southeast Regional Employment Coordinator at Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Program Support Specialist at Metova, Inc.

Donald Quinn received their Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College in 2001-2002. Donald then went on to receive a Certificate from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in Human Behavior in 2001. Finally, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Baker College of Flint in 2002-2004.
