George Atsaves

George Atsaves, M.Ed, serves as an Employee Development Specialist at Metra Commuter Rail since May 2023. Previously, George worked as a Corporate Trainer at Circle Logistics, Inc, where responsibilities included onboarding and training new hires in a fast-paced freight brokerage environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Carrier L&D Specialist and Training Specialist at Arrive Logistics, focusing on mentoring new hires in Carrier Sales and introducing company culture and expectations. As Director of Systems Integration at Traffic Tech, George provided corporate training, updated training materials, and consulted on system design. Earlier roles in Carrier Sales at Echo Global Logistics and Command Transportation involved managing carrier communications and logistics operations. George began a career at The Walt Disney Company as a Production Coordinator after earning a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from DePaul University.
