Jose Villagomez

Jose Villagomez is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in customer service and marketing. Currently serving as a Conductor at Metra Commuter Rail since January 2019, Jose previously worked as a Marketing Assistant at Boys & Girls Club of Lake County, where responsibilities included designing social media content and thank you cards. Earlier roles included a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a Customer Service Advisor at Jiffy Lube, and internships at Tranel Financial Group and Phoenix Insurance & Financial Services, focusing on marketing support and customer retention. Jose began a career at Boys & Girls Club of Lake County, supervising children and developing curriculum.
