Patricia Emanuel

Patricia Emanuel has extensive experience in leadership roles related to human resources and diversity management. Patricia served as the Director EEO & Diversity at Metra Commuter Rail, where they oversaw the implementation of EEO Programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with equal employment laws. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Client Services at the same company, where they provided leadership and coaching on employee relations matters and developed sourcing strategies for recruitment. Before joining Metra Commuter Rail, Patricia was the Director of Human Resources Administration at the Chicago Housing Authority, where they managed various HR functions and operations. Patricia also worked at the Housing Authority of Cook County as the Director of Human Resources Services, where they served as a senior advisor and managed daily operations, personnel, and contract negotiations.

Patricia Emanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from Roosevelt University.
