Ilana Teicher is the VP of Client Success & Ops at Metric Collective and FranchiseHelp. Ilana previously worked as a Public Affairs Manager at Metropolitan Public Strategies and a Project Associate at the Jewish Foundation for Education of Women. Ilana also has experience as a Legislative Intern at the New York City Council and as an Event Operations Planner at Morgan Stanley. Ilana holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from NYU and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Maryland.
