Jessica Knox Pe, Ptoe

Jessica Knox, PE, PTOE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in traffic management and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Director of TMC Operations and Jacksonville Office Manager at Metric Engineering since July 2014, Jessica has also held the position of ITS/Traffic Engineer. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Atkins as a Civil Engineer, specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems from November 2010 to July 2014. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from the University of Florida, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, earned in 2010.
