Stephen Erdner

Stephen Erdner is the current Vice President of Sales at Metric Medical Devices. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in medical device sales management. Stephen started their career in 1989 as an Area Business Manager at MPact Worldwide Management Corporation and then moved to BioPro, Inc. in 1999 where they served as Medical Device Sales Management. While at BioPro, Stephen was responsible for hiring, training and managing a regional sales organization of distributor sales representatives. Stephen also provided representative training and surgeon customer education with direct hands-on cadaveric workshop instruction. In addition, Stephen managed Key Opinion Leaders who provided support, education and consults within the industry on behalf of BioPro. Stephen has developed strong relationships with respected surgeon thought leaders and influencers throughout their career which has resulted in significant sales growth. In their current role at Metric Medical Devices, Stephen is responsible for leading the sales team and developing strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.

Stephen Erdner’s educational career began with a focus on resource management at West Virginia University. Stephen then pursued general undergraduate academics at Purdue University before obtaining certification in Rep Trax.

Stephen Erdner reports to W. Casey Fox, CEO, Director & CTO. They work with Nancy R. Fox - VP of Operations & Interim CFO, Rhonda Unser - Manager, Customer Service & Marketing. and Chris Hauser - National Sales Manager reports to Stephen Erdner.
