In 2011-2014, Mofolasayo attended Capella University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organization and Management. Prior to that, from 2002-2004, Mofolasayo obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, in 2001-2002, Mofolasayo attended Strayer University and studied Computer Information Systems.

In addition to their education, Mofolasayo has obtained several certifications.
