Alexander Appanov

Alexander Appanov serves as the General Manager for CIS and the Middle East at Metricell since January 2015. Prior to this role, Alexander co-founded AMC Company Ltd. and served as CEO from January 2009 to January 2015, while also working as a Product Sales Specialist for Unified Communications at Cisco between November 2010 and August 2013. Earlier experience includes positions as the Head of Radio Access Network Design Evaluation at MTS Group and the Head of Radio Access Network Design Support at MegaFon. Alexander holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Laser Physics, a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Physics & Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Mathematics and Physics, all from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
