John Salter

John Salter has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting as an apprentice carpenter at Henley Properties. John later transitioned to director at J.Salter Carpentry before joining Metricon, where John currently holds the position of Delivery & Process Improvement Manager. John has a background in retail systems management, sales operations support, and estimation. John obtained their Certificate IV in Building & Construction Site Management from Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, John completed Certificate I, II & III in Building & Construction (Carpentry) from the same university. John graduated from Vermont Secondary College with a VCE diploma.
