Suraj Patteri is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with over 19 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MetricStream since July 2013, Suraj has played a pivotal role in managing HR activities for a team of 300+ employees and supporting high potential talent development. Contributions include the design and implementation of a career ladder and salary benchmarking initiatives. Prior to this, Suraj held various roles in recruitment, successfully handling senior positions and overseeing recruitment strategies at both MetricStream and Birlasoft.
