Luke Mills

Luke Mills has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Research Intern at Generation Investment Management in 2015. Luke then worked as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney before joining L.E.K. Consulting as a Consultant, where they led strategy and transaction projects across various industries. In 2020, Luke worked as an Investment Manager at Virescent Ventures, focusing on deep tech and business model innovations. Luke also served as a Board Observer at Zoomo and was part of the Innovation Fund at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation. Luke then became a Partner at DECO before assuming the position of Head of Operations at Metris Energy in 2024.

Luke Mills pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical, Hons) / Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney. Luke also obtained a certification as a Climate Reality Leader from The Climate Reality Project in 2019.
