Mirjam van der Kooij

Mirjam van der Kooij serves as the Global Head of Knowledge & Development at Toluna since March 2025, following a longstanding career at MetrixLab where various roles included Director of Knowledge & Development and Senior Manager of Methods and Process. At MetrixLab, Mirjam leads a diverse global team focused on enhancing colleagues' workflows through training and knowledge sharing, while also improving research deliverable quality and efficiency. Earlier positions encompassed managing research teams and delivering qualitative insights in media and advertising. Mirjam holds a Master's degree in Economic Psychology and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication and Design from Tilburg University and Inholland University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
