Yashika Ramola

Yashika Ramola is currently serving as an Associate Analyst in Field Management at MetrixLab since January 2024. Previously, Yashika held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Track Opinion from September 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, Yashika advanced from Management Trainee to Associate Project Manager at Elicit Research between October 2020 and September 2022, where exceptional performance ensured 100% customer satisfaction through effective client management. Yashika also gained experience as an intern in the operation department at Nanjil Anand Foundation in 2019 and completed a summer internship at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd in 2017, focusing on satellite communication. Yashika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from COER University and completed schooling at S.T. Thomas College with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
