Holly Stirnkorb

Holly Stirnkorb is a seasoned environmental planner with extensive experience in solid waste management, renewable energy, and sustainable practices. Currently serving as Principal Planner at Metro since June 2017, Holly previously held the role of Senior Planner at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Program and Policy Analyst at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and as Project Manager and Business Development lead at CH2M. Holly also owned and operated Tabor Consulting Group for 15 years, focusing on consulting in environmental practices. Earlier roles include serving as an Environmental Specialist at Harding Lawson Associates and a Senior Program Educator at Washington County Solid Waste and Recycling. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and has completed coursework towards a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies/Planning at the University of Oregon. Notable achievements include overseeing essential contracts related to organics diversion and public policy with Columbia Biogas.
