Marissa Grass

Marissa Grass currently serves as a Strategic Engagement Advisor at Metro since June 2022, focusing on government affairs and policy development while fostering strong regional relationships. Previously, Marissa held multiple roles within the City of Tigard from April 2006 to June 2022, including Community Engagement Coordinator, where responsibilities included storytelling for the Public Works Department, and Associate Planner, managing public involvement activities for the Community Development Department. Marissa's educational background includes an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and a BS in Global Environmental Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
