Eugenia O. is a seasoned engagement professional currently serving as Senior Advisor for Strategic Engagement on the Ontario Line at Metrolinx since October 2023. Previously, Eugenia held the position of Customer Engagement & Advocacy Manager at Top Hat from July 2022 to August 2023 and was the Community Engagement Manager at Elevate from February 2021 to July 2022, where roles included collaborating with community partners to develop a workforce program for underrepresented groups in technology. Prior experience includes serving as Digital Education & Research Lead at the Toronto Centre of Learning & Development, focusing on digital education for immigrant women, and as Community Engagement Specialist at the Ontario Council for International Cooperation, where Eugenia led initiatives funded by Global Affairs Canada. Eugenia is currently pursuing a Master of Information in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Gender Studies from Trent University.
