Aleksander Nowak

Aleksander Nowak has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership positions in real estate acquisition and development. Aleksander is currently serving as the Corporate Head of Site Acquisition at METRO AG. Prior to this role, they were the Real Estate Acquisition Director at Żabka Polska and Head of Real Estate at MediaMarktSaturn Poland.

Earlier in their career, Nowak worked at Shell, where they held multiple roles including Network Development Manager Poland, Real Estate Portfolio Manager CEE, and Network Real Estate Manager CEE. Aleksander was responsible for setting up network strategies, delivering growth programs, and managing real estate portfolios across multiple countries.

Before joining Shell, Nowak was the Real Estate Director CEE at AmRest and the Development Director of Agora Radio Group at Agora SA. Aleksander led the implementation of strategies, managed acquisitions, and executed special projects in these roles.
