Thomas Oploh

Thomas Oploh serves as the Head of P&C Systems & Solutions at METRO AG since December 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Domain Owner HRIT at METRONOM GmbH from August 2012 to December 2020, overseeing HRIT solutions within the Metro network. Thomas also held the position of Department Manager for Process Management in Human Resources at Metro Systems from October 2007 to May 2018, managing all HR IT topics for the Metro Group. Additionally, Thomas was a Professional Consultant specializing in SAP HR Project Management, leading international rollouts across various countries. Earlier in the career, Thomas worked as the Regional Manager for Germany-Austria-Switzerland at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) from July 2005 to September 2007, focusing on operational BPO HR management. Education was completed at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2000 to 2005.
