Tomasz Kiewisz

Tomasz Kiewisz is a seasoned professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Leadership Development at METRO AG since February 2014. With extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries, Tomasz has held positions such as International HRBP and Director of Leadership & Talent Management, where key responsibilities included supporting people issues across multiple countries and creating comprehensive leadership curricula for a diverse group of leaders. Previous roles include Member of the Board for Real Poland, Managing Director at Adrenalina, and Human Resources Director in prominent organizations like PZU Group and Oce-Poland Ltd. Tomasz holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Gdansk.
