Joseph Raphael

Joseph Raphael serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Metro Brazil since November 2023, spearheading the development of a robust e-commerce platform and integrating emerging AI technologies to enhance user experience. Previously, Joseph held the position of Technical Manager at Line Kuwait from June 2018 to November 2023, where leadership encompassed collaboration across various sectors to develop innovative technological solutions. Joseph’s extensive career includes roles such as CTO at eFLY Mobility, where the development of a pioneering micro-mobility platform was achieved, and multiple positions in software engineering, analysis, and network engineering at companies such as Kuwait Oil Company, Uber, and Nokia. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Machine Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
