Gary Grant, CHRL, MBA has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Gary began their career in 1999 at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, where they held various roles including Field Manager, Human Resources, and Field Specialist, Discount Operations. During this time, they provided support, education, and advice on labor relations, policies, and training. In 2006, they joined Metro Inc., where they held positions including Business Partner and HR/Payroll Integration Manager, Director, Human Resources, Divisional Office, Director, Talent Management and Training, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources, Conventional Banner. In these roles, Gary led teams, supported talent acquisition, compensation, and HRIS data management, and provided guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.

Gary Grant, CHRL, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University. Gary obtained their Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association. Gary also completed an Executive MBA program at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they have additional certifications including the Ivey Academy HR Summit and the Certified Human Resources Leader from the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.
