Jimmy Cao

Jimmy Cao is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Specialist Level II at Metro Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy held the same title at Solulan and progressed through various positions at Global Payments Inc. from August 2020 to May 2022, including Escalations Support Specialist 2 and Senior Analyst. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Technology at PLAYMIND and working at the Information Technology Help Desk at Université du Québec à Montréal. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from UQAM obtained in 2019 and has also studied History at Université de Montréal.
