Joe Chang

Joe Chang has diverse professional experience primarily in customer service and election roles. Currently serving as a Deli Clerk at Metro Inc. since December 2022, Joe has previously held positions including Deputy Returning Officer for Elections Ontario during both advance polls and Election Day events in 2022, and for Élections Canada in September 2021. Additionally, Joe has experience as a Shipper/Production Assistant at Alternative Grounds Coffeehouse and Roastery, a Ballot Officer during the Toronto Municipal Elections, and has worked in film and TV production through Unifor Local 700-M. Joe's background also includes community organizing campaigns and political action coordination with Unifor. Education was completed at Glebe Collegiate Institute between 1984 and 1986.
